The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as old people. It was close to other accommodation options and we were able to find alternative arrangements easily online. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing us with the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, giving us the comfort and privacy we needed. the service from the family who eventually opened the door for us was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt welcome.

The customer service initially provided by the receptionist was lacking, as they did not answer the phone when we arrived and the phone number we had been provided with turned out to be inactive.

During our romantic escape, my partner and I enjoyed the convenience of being located near several local restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area. the hotel offered a lovely pool where we spent many afternoons relaxing and soaking up the sun. We also appreciated the fact that our room had a balcony that offered a nice view of the surrounding area.

Sadly, our experience at this hotel was marred by poor customer service. When we arrived, there was no staff available to let us in and we had to wait outside for quite some time.
